How do I order?

Add products to your cart and email your order request. I’ll confirm availability, timing, shipping or pickup and your final total before payment.

When will my order be ready?

Most products are made after you order and are typically ready to ship or pick up in 4–8 weeks. Soap bars may be available sooner. Orders depend on availability and my capacity; I’ll confirm your timing.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is quoted separately before payment. Pickup may also be arranged; contact me to discuss the details.

How do I choose a soap scent?

Include your scent preference in the notes on the cart page. I’ll confirm availability and ingredients for your bar.

Are Sisothecary products only for dry skin?

I began making products with my own dry skin in mind. Family members with normal, oily and combination skin, in California and on the East Coast, have also shared positive experiences. These are personal observations, and everyone’s skin is different. Review the ingredients and choose what suits your own needs; ask me for the complete ingredients for your batch.

Does the Mineral Tint provide sun protection?

Both formulas are in development. SPF and broad-spectrum protection have not been established. The balm’s water resistance has not been verified. Use a tested sunscreen for sun protection.
